Based on a legacy design by Kit Carson, considered the father of the modern flipper knife, the CRKT M16-10KZ is a tried-and-true tactical folder that remains popular for use and carry among many EDCers. The 3″ 8Cr13MoV combination straight and serrated edge tanto blade complements the all-black, tactical aesthetics. It’s a versatile blade that provides good piercing and cutting capabilities, and the triple point serrations help with cutting through cordage while out in the field. It deploys quickly via flipper tab, but you can also use the dual-sided thumbstuds for slow roll deployment when you want to be more discreet. The 4″ glass-reinforced nylon handle scales sandwich stainless steel liners that feature CRKT’s AutoLAWKS mechanism. This bolsters the locking liners when the blade is deployed, turning it into a virtual fixed blade when in use. Lastly, a slim black pocket clip keeps this knife tucked away discreetly until you need it. Tactical looks, plus a smooth and secure flipping action make the CRKT M16-10KZ a worthy addition to your daily carry. Check it out at the link below.
